5/2/10 wrap up

Today Chris and I met up in the Haymarket and started the process of organizing the organization of the organization. We did a brief recap of our two weeks, and touched a bit on View from Coyaba.

We revised the mission and vision for the group, and made a list of tasks that we should share, and undertake to keep the group going. Those included:

1)secretary-> in charge of writing a wrap-up of the events we do in each mtg. This position can alternate among members.

2)outreach coordinator -> talks and networks with other groups.

3)marketing -> Creates logo, upkeeps the blog, business card, publicity.

4)organizer -> executes the what and where of our events/activities.
